Our Story
Our Story
David Rhoades found a great career opportunity in the HVAC industry in the 80’s. He learned the business quickly and excelled at being the top technician within his company.
Some years later David introduced the trade to his sons Dustin & Bryan. The three came together and formed the company known today as Rhoades Air & Heat.
Meet the Team
The Rhoades Air staff prides itself on being professional, courteous and punctual. With over 30 years combined experience in the industry, our professionals are eager to answer any and all questions you may have about your HVAC system.
David Rhoades
With over 30 years in the industry, David knows this business inside and out.
When he is not using his vast experience to serve you, you can find him cruising on his Harley or building & racing drag cars.
Dustin Rhoades
Ready to serve you, Dustin has 4 years of military service, multiple tours overseas and 15 years of being a firefighter, Dustin is use to working under high pressure and tight deadlines.
When he is not working hard to serve you, you can find him cruising in his golf cart with his family.
Bryan Rhoades
A natural born entrepreneur, Bryan has successfully run his own businesses for over 10 years by enduring hard work and long hours.
When he is not providing exceptional customer service, you can find him boating in the Indian river with his wife & 3 boys.
